TORCA visits Mountain States
February 3, 2018, TORCA rumbled into Mountain States Children’s Home (MSCH) for post holiday festivities. TORCA presented the kids with gift cards. Member Rich Morrell was on site providing karaoke. Dancing, singing and fun was had by all.
